WARNING: Resin/Composite materials are more susceptible to cracking, breaking, etc. if dropped or over tightening the collar. I will NOT replace the piece if the top is damaged. I have tested multiple of these materials thoroughly and have not had any issues myself, but things can still happen.

ErgoBoys containing a collar are designed to help reduce weight internally or serve as a holding solution for plastics/etc to eliminate the need for heat sink insert.

There can be milling lines, tooling lines and or marks, I will not replace or refund for superficial or minor "subjective imperfections". Yes, there is a line on the textured plates, and yes there is a line on the concentric tops, this is normal. We strive to make things as clean as possible, but minor marks can happen, including minor inconsistencies or micro specks in certain anodizing or blackening. Due to the nature of copper/brass, there could be a patina or spots on the metal upon delivery. DO NOT crank down on the screw, especially when it comes to any "Plastic Top" ErgoBoys, as this could crack the top. New material vendors may be used, new methods, new machines, so there could be future designs that are not the exact same as previous designs in both form and function. Once ANY package is marked as DELIVERED the transaction is complete and I WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE STOLEN GOODS. By entering this SUS you AGREE to all terms described above.
