Pieces can have machine marks, tools marks, or micro imperfections. The bases of the pieces may not fully screw down to be absolutely flush with the standoff. While I do my best to ensure that every piece has no hot spots, some with super sensitivity may still find the small inlays uncomfortable. Coloring can be slightly off and not absolutely perfect within the shapes. As with anything spinning, I will not replace the bearing if an issue arises, I thoroughly check every single piece before packaging to ensure that they are good to go. As always machining and finishing methods can change, designs can change, and updates can be made in the future. I WILL NOT offer a refund under any circumstance for any of the things mentioned above.
